There was a crowd in front of the gate. A big lantern was hung under that gate called 'Hozo-Mon'. This was one of three big lanterns in the precinct. Everyone stopped and took some photos. The man in this photo was also taking a photo with his smartphone. The lantern was displayed on his screen.
By the way, what was written on the lantern was the name of the place. It was read as 'KOBUNA-CHO' and the lanterns was dedicated by the dwellers of the place.
