Without any particular reason, I walked out of Vigan and came to Barangay Camanggaan. Barangay in Filipino means village, district, or ward, so Barangay Camanggaan means Camanggaan District or Camanggaan Village or something like that.
Although I had arrived, there were no tourist attractions in Barangay Camanggaan, so I just walked along what I thought was the main street. I peeked into a hut on the side of the road and saw a woman working. She was a weaver and quietly operating a loom and did not give me a second glance when I pointed my camera at her. She seemed to be so busy with her work that she didn't have time to deal with a foreigner who just happened to show up.
