The Former Asakura family residence, a two-story Japanese-style building preserved in a corner of Daikanyama having been built 100 years ago. It is open to the public, and you can tour the inside of the building or walk through the Japanese garden. It's a nice place to step into, not far from the fashionable town, where you can feel as if time has stood still since the Taisho era.
As I finished wandering around inside the building, I went outside to walk around the garden. According to the information, precious stones such as Izu cobblestones and Nebukawa stones were used, but I was not attracted to them because I am not interested in stones. What I do know is that this mansion is built on a cliff line. From the building, once you can see the cliff beyond the garden, which used to be far away.
Now, however, there are large buildings in the way and the view is not as far as it used to be. I could see a woman who might find something beyond the trees pointing out from the second-floor window.
