When I looked up the sky, I found a tattered building. The old building had many windows on the wall. Apparently, some rooms had air conditioners and some rooms didn't. It seemed to be uncommon to have air conditioners in each room here. It might be still too expensive. And laundries were hung at some windows.
Something was written on the upper part of its wall. Yet I didn't understand what it meant.
