The platform of this station was filled with the vendors selling vegetables and fruits. The place seemed to be a street market. Even though the trains came to the station, the vendors doing business here didn't get into a flurry. Most of them acted nonchalant as if nothing had happened. And some people just loaded goods on the train. Watching the situation, I felt this station was a loading space for the vendors.
The vendors worked same as the street vendors working in the city center. They put baskets in front of them and the articles for sale were displayed on it. The woman in this photo was one of the vendors doing business on the platform. She had a bowl in her hand and just had lunch while working. It was difficult to know this place was a platform of a railway station by just looking.
