On this day, I was visiting a Catholic church in Yotsuya. I'm not a Catholic, and I'm not a Christian. I'm just a normal Buddhist like other many Japanese. But I'm not a religious person, so I celebrate Christmas and visit a Shinto shrine. Like the majority of Japanese, I am indifferent to religion.
I decided to visit a church in nearby Yotsuya because I had heard that it was an imposing structure. Indeed, the roof design of the church I visited was beautiful. But unfortunately, photography is not allowed. I soaked in the silence of the spacious hall for a while without a camera.
According to WIKIPEDIA, the masses here are held in several languages. Not only English, but also Spanish and Portuguese, and, unusually, Vietnamese and Indonesian. It may be interesting for Catholics to attend the mass when they come to Japan.
Leaving the church, I walked along the nearby bank. The sky was clear and it was a good day for a walk. When I looked up at the bank, I saw an umbrella walking among the green leaves.
