The big gate in the photo is 'SAKURA MON'. It means 'Gate of Cherry tree'. According to legend, this shrine was built about 1900 years ago. Yet I thought it was an exaggerated claim. Commonly, it was considered that 1900 years before present was the Yayoi Period, an Iron Age era in the history of this country. A long history might have great effect to make people appreciate.
A woman with an umbrella was just walking through the gate.
