Smiles On Songthaew

Passengers of Songthaew smiling

The passengers of the Songthaew smiled at me

Shot in the city of Bangkok, Thailand.

The passenger ferry which I got on arrived at the opposite side of the Chao Phraya river soon. I came to Thonburi district. Although this district is now a part of Bangkok, it was another city. And it was an ancient capital of Thonburi Kingdom until Rama I moved the capital to the opposite side of the Chao Phraya river. Getting off the ferry, I stepped into the city. The pier was located beside the busy market. And I melted away into the crowd soon after starting walking.

In the meantime, I passed through the busy passage in the market and came to a wide street. Many automobiles came and went. And some passenger vehicles called Songthaew were parked by the roadside. When I looked into one of them, I met the passengers' gaze. Holding my camera, they smiled at me all together.
