Signs Of Bicycles On Bike Lanes

Signs of bicycles on bike lanes

A bike lane was built in the crossing

Shot in the city of Shibuya, Tokyo.

People who want to cross the intersection have to climb to the pedestrian bridge because the place was heavily-trafficked. In that context, bike lanes are built there. Yet it may be hard to make out without the traffic signs. So the sign of bicycle is drawn on each lane. Besides, 'Bicycle' in Japanese is also written to be easy to understand.

However, to be easy to notice and to be easy to use were different from each other. It could take a lot of nerve to ride a bicycle among many automobiles.
