The wide street became a pedestrian paradise because it was a weekend. Instead of the automobiles, many pedestrians walked around the carriage way. Although nobody on the carriage way paid attention, the traffic sign of the right turn lane was drawn on the ground as usual.
The arrow worked day and night on the weekdays. Yet it didn't have to work on that day. So it could feel unconstrained there. It is necessary to take a rest no matter how it was busy.
