Shadows Moving On White Lines

Silhouettes on pedestrian crossing

A silhouette was crossing

Shot in the city of Shinjuku, Tokyo.

The white lines on the ground was parallelized. And they were stepped by the pedestrians day after day. Yet they couldn't express dissatisfaction. They might keep enduring the pain and suffering for a long time.

I wondered what would happen if all the white lines on the pedestrian crossing came out on strike. Nobody could cross any streets. And each and every street cut off the human community. Fortunately, they seemed to have no mind to do that yet.
