The big architecture in the photo was Janganmun, the main gate of this fortress. Jangan means capital. This gate was used when the kings came from the capital. They passed through this gate to enter the fortress. Although the gate is open for the public, it is huge and keeps holding on its dignity.
Some people were just walking through it. And a man was sitting in the shade under the gate. Another architecture was seen on the other side of the gate.
