I stood at the entrance of a tattered road. On the left side of the road, there was a pond. And the other side of it, shabby-looking houses stood. I saw a woman who wore a saree and some kids walking this dilapidated road.
Seemingly, the local people didn't care about the situation. However, I thought the houses went under the water if the rain fell hard. Troublingly, Bangladesh was one of the countries which were prone to flooding.
