Two women were climbing the stairs of Miyashita Park

The park, which I had always recognized as Miyashita Koen, had somehow been renovated and transformed into a facility with an unfamiliar katakana name, Miyashita Park. The park was located close to Shibuya Station and used to be a nice place to stroll around. What is interesting is that the park facilities are still there. The skateboard park, bouldering wall, and dance wall that existed before the renovation are still there.

Even though the park facilities are still there, one gets the sense that this is not the same place as the old Miyashita Koen anymore, not only because of the cleanliness of the facilities, but also because of the luxury brands in the commercial facilities. There is a Gucci, a Louis Vuitton, and a Balenciaga. Although restaurants and eateries have gathered on the ground floor of the south side to form a side street, the neatly lined side streets are not the same as the side streets I have in mind. Compared to Shonben Yokocho, which is located right next to this commercial establishment, I feel sorry for the word "Yokocho". I hope that Shonben Yokocho will continue to do its best to show the dignity of a real Yokocho.
