The man resting against the shutters looked at me with narrowed eyes
A man with narrowed eyes was sitting by the fence. His hair was wet. He seemed to be exhausted so much and might be resting. Deep creases were at the corners of his eyes. When I focused on him, he looked at my SLR camera with half-closed eyes.
