Not only street stalls, but also hawkers were doing business in the shopping street. The man in this photo was one of the hawkers. He seemed to be tired and was sitting by the wayside while he put his carrying pole on the ground.
Many plastic bowls were hung from one edge of the carrying pole. So he was selling something to eat. When I approached him, he replied by thumbing up. I wondered whether there was a kind of protection price also here. I thought it was easier to do business with a street stall than hawking with a carrying pole.
