Many people came to the Senso-Ji to pray. I stood at the entrance of the main hall and watched the approach. The incense burner was seen in the middle of the approach and the smoke was coming from it.
Although no festival was held, the precinct was crowded. There was a crowd not only around the incense burner, but also on the approach way stretching through the gate. The approach was filled with the worshipers. The big gate seen at the end of the approach was called 'Hozo-mon'.
