An ox pulled a cart in a tranquil atmosphere. A man in a chogori was walking beside him. This is the Naganeupseong Folk Village near Suncheon. It is a traditional village still surrounded by the 1410-meter-long Yi Dynasty fortress wall.
Once inside the walls, it is a different world from the outside. People wearing chogori (traditional Korean dress), which you would never see in the streets of Seoul, wander around, and it is as if you have stepped back in time. It was as if the inside of the walls had been left behind by the passage of time, and a visit there was like being transported back in time.
