Cat, Gate And A Rope

Cat sitting at gate

A cat was sitting at the gate

Shot in the city of Tsuyama, Okayama.

When I came to a gate of a Shinto shrine, I found a cat. It was sitting at the gate neatly. I thought it looked like a gatekeeper. At the same time as I noticed it, it also noticed me. And it started to cast a sharp glance as if it waited and see what I did first.

If it caught a mood of disquiet, it ran up to the deity enshrined here and conducted the report. So it kept working on a critical task. When I thought so, its face seemed to be majestic.
