When I peeked into the church that stood in the center of Zaachila, a priest was just preaching. The congregation stood up and listened to the sermon with serious faces. Of course, the sermon was given in Spanish. I had no idea what was being said. It's hard to listen to a sermon you don't understand.
As many people were quietly listening to the priest, I found a boy who was just as uninterested in the sermon as I was. The boy standing in the aisle was looking not toward the priest, but toward the exit. To be precise, he was staring not at the exit, but at me holding the camera. I guess the boy found the priest's sermon boring.
