It stood by the side of the road along the Mekong River. On the other side of the road stands a restaurant for tourists. Not much traffic here. Occasionally a motorcycle would pass by.
Once again, a motorcycle came running from the other side of the road. Both motorcycles were driven by women, and one of them was a two-seater. And they were both driving with parasols. Even riding a bicycle with an umbrella is dangerous, but riding a motorcycle with an umbrella seems even more dangerous, but the woman did not seem to be concerned. Many people here use parasols while riding motorcycles. They probably don't want to get sunburned. The skin-whitening boom has come to this town as well.
