Mango seller was also showing up under the big tree where people were coming and going
Many fruit vendors were doing business on the streets of Mumbai with their goods on carts. The stall in the photo is one of them. It is a stall selling mangoes, and you can see mangoes piled up on a wagon.
Although many people pass by the mango vendor, few stop to buy from the wagon. Here in Mumbai, mangoes are a common fruit, nothing unusual at all. If this were in Japan, the situation would be very different. If mangoes were sold in large quantities at low prices, I would expect to see crowds of people around the wagon.
