Many motorbikes were running the wide street in Ho Chi Ming City. The number of them was much larger than the number of cars. Although this country was developing, cars seemed to be still beyond the reach of the locals. The street was occupied by many motorbikes.
Every driver wore a helmet. And they ran up. Watching them, they seemed to run disorderly. I wondered whether the traffic rule existed here.
