Their expressions were different from each other
Two men were standing together in front of me. One man put his elbow on his friend's shoulder. Like other locals, they were interested in my camera. Yet they didn't make merry even though I focused on them as if they were used to be photographed.
They seemed to wait and see. And I saw an unimpressed expression and a diplomatic smile in my viewfinder. Perhaps, my behavior didn't satisfy their aspiration levels.
