The boy and girl who stood together showed the different expressions
Two children stood in front of me. But it wasn't of their own inclination. They stood at the behest of the adults and older children around them, even though they didn't really want to stand up.
Still, they both looked straight into my camera. They both have Thanaka all over their faces, just like the other children. But their expressions were not the same. The girl had a strange look on her face and the boy had a puzzled look on his face. Unfortunately, they didn't have a happy look on their faces.
The other people around them seemed to be having a lot more fun. I could catch a glimpse of a child watching me curiously on the other side of two children.
