The dog was taking a nap
A dog was taking a nap beside a pillar. It seemed to be old and was exhausted. The hotness delivered a damaging blow. The isle of Bali is close to the equator. So it is hot at all times of the year.
The dog in this photo had thick fur. Apparently, it was not an endemic species of this southern island. Its place of origin might be cooler than here. The climate here could be stern with the dog. Yet it was impossible to travel to other places to dog, unfortunately.
