Two men who worked in the red walled diner. The menu at this diner is, of course, curry. How many kinds of curry are there in India? There must be too many to count. The curry in front of them is just a few of those curries. Even if I only look at this diner, there are several different kinds of curry.
When I pointed the camera at them, one of them looked at me while talking on his mobile phone. The customers eat the curry with his hands. And they only use his right hand. It's bad manners to use your left hand in India, to say the least. For someone from a country that usually uses chopsticks and a fork, the hurdle is high. The manners of not using the left hand are very difficult for those who do not usually eat with their bare hands.
