Bogra, in northern Bangladesh, is a lively town. The main street was very busy. However, what was different from the bustle of Tokyo was the fact that there were almost no cars on the streets. The only vehicles on the street were cycle rickshaws. The sound of bells being rung by the rickshaw drivers was constantly echoing through the streets.
Some of the streets have lanes for cars, but the cycle rickshaws are free to run where they want to run, regardless of the lanes. They run where they want to run. They seemed to be running in a very simple way.
