He was baking roti
The man who was wearing a watery lungi and a tank top was sitting at the storefront of a restaurant. In front of him, a big cast-iron pan was placed and many round objects were put in it. He was just toasting roti.
When I focused on him, he looked at me. Yet he didn't stop working. And he kept flipping them with an iron stick in his hand. They were deliciously-browned. Beside him, another doughs were seen. After he finished baking, he would start to knead another doughs.
