The man worked with a rolling pin
The man wearing a knit cap was working on the storefront. While he was sitting on the wooden board and kneading dough there. A wooden rolling pin was in his hands and he kept moving it back and forth. He was economical. The dough was rolled out into thin pieces.
What he was making was roti. After he rolled out, the dough would be roasted until brown on the cast-iron pan. During I was watching, the dough was rolled out one after another.
