The man smiled when I focused on him
A man dangling a cloth from his necks was standing against the wall. He was a laborer and taking a rest there. The place I met him seemed to be an unloading area and many laborers like him were working.
When I focused on him, he started to smile and showed his white teeth. He might get shy a little. I wondered whether the laborers like he also enjoyed significant benefits from the economic development.
