Walking along the Bangkok Noi canal, I came to a construction site. A kind of bank protection work might take place there. When I looked up, the sky was getting dark. It was a sign of rain. If it started to rain, the workers had to suspend the construction. Usually, it rained hard here. No time to do such a thing during raining. I thought it was a bad thing for the administrator of this site. On the other hand, it could be a good thing for site workers. To start to rain hard meant that their work was done. And they would get off the duties.
Whether knowingly or not, the site workers worked happily. A man sitting on the driver's seat of the excavator thumbed up happily when he noticed my camera.
