When I was strolling through Mymensingh in Bangladesh, I met a boy in an Islamic cap named Taqiyah. This cheerful boy was interested in the SLR camera I was carrying, so I pointed it at him as if to meet his expectations.
Then the boy's cheerful face broke into a smile. He looked so happy. His eyes were sparkling too. All Bangladeshi children love to have photos taken.
And they make a lot of noise,
"Chobi, Chobi."
At first I didn't understand what they were talking about, but it seems that "Chobi" means "photograph" in Bengali.
