Two men wearing lungi were standing by the wall which was filled with bills. They were just standing talking there. Although they didn't care about the bills, I was interested in the bills.
Of course, I couldn't understand what was written on the bills because they were written in Singhalese. Yet I understood a clenched hand was drawn on them. Perhaps, they made a critical attack on LTTE, Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam. At the time of visiting, Sri Lankan Civil War didn't call cease-fire yet.
