A man with an angular face was sitting on the side of the road in Kathmandu. He was wearing a cap called Dhaka Topi. Unlike the majority of men who lingered on the side of the road and did not know what they were doing, this man was at work. He was in the middle of selling things at his stall. But you might not be able to tell just from looking at this photo. At first glance, the man, who had no customers and was bored, looked no different from the men who spent their time sitting on the side of the road.
When I pointed the camera at him, he gave me a puzzled look. No customer came, but it was a foreigner with a camera. Under such circumstances, it was inevitable that he looked pale.
