The man just put up the decorations
People called Kristang were living in this small village. It was said that they were descendants who immigrated here from Portugal several hundred years ago.
Walking around the village, I met a man. He might be one of the Kristang people. He was just setting up electrical spectaculars to celebrate a new year in front of his house. I wondered whether they were still carrying on the torch of the Christian religion.
