Although there was a railroad in Tehuantepec, it was disused for a long time. So the people here used a bus for transportation. When I stopped in the Zocalo and watched the traffic, many buses passed by me. I wondered why the railway made no business sense in spite of being much in demand for transportation.
In the meantime, a jam-packed bus was parked in front of the Zocalo. It was going to leave for somewhere. The windows were open. And one of the passengers looked at me through the car window.
