Buddhist Painting At The Door

Craftsman drawing Buddhist painting

A craftsman was drawing a Buddhist painting

Shot in the city of Patan, Nepal.

A craftsman worked at the entrance of a building. He was painting the images of Buddha on the fringe of the door with a serious expression. The images were so small that he might be required extreme caution.

Although the major religion in this country was Hinduism, The owner of the building might be a pious Buddhist. Maybe the owner came from Tibet. As I recall, the craftsman seemed to be a Tibetan.
