The Ben Tre River flows across Ben Tre City. It is a tributary of the Mekong River. There seemed to be many people coming and going on both banks of the river, and many crossed the bridges that had been built. However, the bridges are old-fashioned and narrow. Motorcycles with full loads were constantly crossing the narrow bridge, which has only one lane in the center.
Motorbikes seem to be the main players on this bridge, and I did not see any cars crossing the bridge. The bridge is too narrow for cars to cross. Pedestrians could cross, but they were crossing apologetically beside the motorcycles.
