A horse-drawn carriage called Kalesa was parked by the roadside. And a young man wearing a cap sat on its driver's box. He was waiting for customers. Nevertheless, he didn't care about me even though I walked just beside his vehicle.
In Vigan, the horse carriage was still a major public transport for the locals. I saw many kalesa running the streets. The next thing you know, the archaism is on the cutting edge of ecological lifestyle.
