It was raining hard
It was raining so hard. And I was walking through a downpour alone. The rain was raising a spray of water on the ground. Although this area was a bit of a tourist attraction, few people were walking because of the weather.
It was an unsuitableness day for sightseeing completely. The street was deserted. I was taking shelter from the rain under the eaves. Meanwhile, Two figures with umbrella appeared in the heavy rain.
