They were waiting for customers coming
Although many horse-drawn carriages were seen in Vigan, the motorized trishaws were also common. Many trishaws were lining up to wait for customers beside Plaza Salcedo.
A driver was leaning back on the seat of a left tricycle. He was smoking with a cramped posture. On the other hand, there were no drivers on the right. Perhaps the driver was relaxing in another place which might be much comfortable.
