The statue stood in a small park

Shot at a small park near Manaita-Bashi Bridge in Kudan, Tokyo.

The sculpture is Jurōjin, one of the Seven Gods of Fortune or Shichi-fuku-jin, according to Taoist beliefs. He is the God of longevity. It was made as a token of the passing of Haley's comet in 1986.
