Three wheelers passed by the woman wearing a saree
An elderly woman clad in a saree with her hair in braids was walking down the street. As in other South Asian countries, many women wear saree in Sri Lanka. Men are also seen wearing lungi, so the custom of wearing ethnic dress remains relatively common among both women and men in this country.
There are ethnic costumes in many countries, but men tend to dress more Western-style. From this point of view, Sri Lanka is a country where one can feel exoticism in the way people dress. Although the three-wheelers who passed by the women's side also made me feel exoticism.
