The wide street in this photo is Route 246, a major highway in this country. The cars were flowing without interruption even in the night. Where I shot this photo was in the fashionable commercial district. Many high-end boutiques are found along the street. Yet they were not seen in the photo.
The shops itself and the people in the shop were lurking in the night. Only the signboards were seen by a queak.
Route 246 is a major highway on the island of Honshū in Japan. It originates in Chiyoda, Tokyo and terminates in Numazu, Shizuoka. In and near Tokyo, it parallels the routes of the Dai-ichi Keihin, Dai-ni Keihin, and Tōmei Expressways, the Tōkyū Den-en-toshi Line, Odakyu Odawara Line, Gotemba Line, and other transportation systems.
