Enoshima, located in Kanagawa, is an island as the name suggests, but you may not feel like you are on an island when you arrive. Because it is connected by a bridge, it is easy to cross without feeling like you are crossing an island. I wonder what it would have been like without the bridge. What would have happened if there were no bridge, and we could only cross at low tide?

There were alleys running through the island, with restaurants and souvenir shops in many places, and many people strolling around. As I walked past one souvenir shop, I saw a high school girl and her mother standing together. There is no high school on Enoshima. This high school girl seemed to have come to Enoshima as a tourist attraction in her school uniform.
