When I walked around the lanes in the old quarter, I saw many local people relaxing by the wayside. It seemed to be a custom to stay on the road if they had nothing to do. An old man in this photo was one of such kind of people.
He took a nap by the wayside. Although the place was in the shade, his posture seemed not to be comfortable to sleep. I wondered why he slept there because there were many small platform to take a rest in the old quarter.
