A Hindu deity stood in the pond
There was a Hindu temple by the roadside. Because many Indian immigrants live in this country, you often find Hindu temples when you walk around the city. However, I was surprised at the fact that the Indian immigrants came to also this cool and rural area.
Although the temple was not abandoned, it was deserted. A small pond was built in the precinct and a statue of a deity stood in it. The statue had many faces and arms. It was seated on a lotus, signifying wealth. So it might be Gayatri.
