The man showed his white teeth
The horse-faced man I met in the street in Murshidabad started to laugh when I took some photographs of him. He had the pleasure of seeing my camera indeed while he showed his white teeth. I thought it was an uncommon experience to have some photographs taken for him. Even though a cell phone with a camera was becoming common also in India, it might be still uncommon for him.
Anyway, I also became happy when I focused on happy people like him. Although I couldn't speak in the local language, I felt as if I could communicate with the local people. If my camera has the power to make people smile, it is worth visiting all around the world with my gear.
