Boy Straight From The River

Waterlogged boy

The boy was drenched to the skin

Shot in the city of Malda, India.

A boy came to me during walking along the river. His hair was soaking because he was just coming out from the Mahananda River. I didn't know whether he had played or washed his body in the river because I saw many people washing their body with the river water. And the river seemed to function also as a public bath here.

Anyway, he was standing just in front of me while he was wiping his nose. And he started to look straight at my SLR camera.
